In the role of a core team coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the achievement of objectives within your function. Collaborating closely with the Project Manager, you will be responsible for scheduling activities and managing involved resources effectively. You will drive the implementation of optimal technical and functional solutions while focusing on the enhancement of quality and the optimization of costs and timing impacts. Your leadership will be crucial in meeting and exceeding project expectations.

​​Key Responsibilities:

• ​Manage new products Manufacturing Simultaneous Engineering, industrialization and Launch activities through the supervision of the whole process from the concept to the early life of the production ensuring 
• Plan project technical activities and staffing
  
• Coordinate the Manufacturing Team activities and resources involved in the project
  
• Guarantee achievement of objectives in terms of quality, cost and delivery
  
• Track and submit reports on project progress
  
• Ensure the manufacturability of new products working in strict collaboration with Product Development Teams
  
• Lead the assigned Manufacturing Team in the definition, the implementation and the monitoring of New Product Industrialization and Launch Activities Plan
  
• Lead the assigned Manufacturing Team in Process, Tooling, Equipment and Lines definition, capacity sizing and implementation

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
