Business Operations Manager

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

• Being responsible for the comprehensive management of the assigned operation, including all departments: warehouse, operations
• Monitoring compliance with company processes and standards
• Being part of sales / business decisions
• Mentoring, motivating and developing the staff
• Building and leading teams
• Managing inventory, safety and emergency plans, and assuring availability of necessary technical equipment
• Having responsibility for analysis and planning – evaluating data, forecasting business development, analyzing the sales portfolio and KPIs
• Implementing the business strategy and achieving defined business objectives
• Monitoring the market and proposing solutions to maintain the company’s leading position in the given segment
• Preparing regular reports for company management

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• Secondary education or higher
• At least 5 years of work experience at a similar position; experience with operations management is a MUST
  
• Nice to have experience either from HoReCa or from automotive segment 
• Leadership experience
• Active knowledge of English at B2 level (active communication with international stakeholders)
• PC skills – proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• High level of customer orientation
• Excellent organizational and managerial skills
• Strong business skills
• Analytical and strategic thinking
• Proactive approach
• Ability to work under pressure, solve problems quickly, and make decisions
