Test Manager

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

For our client we are looking for a Senior Test Manager to lead their testing efforts and ensure the quality of their software products.
Client´s team services a solution for liquidity risk management, market risk management in the banking book and asset & liability management (ALM).

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test strategies to ensure high quality product releases
- Function as a SPOC for test manager topics in the division
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive testing initiatives, resolve issues and identify opportunities to improve testing processes
- Manage test team members, monitoring test progress and performance feedback
- Work closely with project managers, software developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to effectively manage the testing process
- Continuously improve the testing process by implementing automation and enhancing existing tools
- Report on testing status, including metrics for measuring test coverage, defect resolution, and overall quality of the product

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

- Several years of relevant work experience in software testing
- Extensive knowledge of software testing methodologies and techniques
- Experience in leading and managing a team of testers and QA analysts to deliver a high quality output 
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and fearlessness to take new, innovative approaches  
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Verbal and written proficiency in English 
- Willingness to travel to Vienna (once a week)

- A ISTQB certification (advanced) or adequate
