You will have the opportunity to build international partnerships, contribute to Finax’s expansion across Europe, and support the growth of PEPP (Pan-European Personal Pension Product) – a pan-European equivalent of the third pension pillar that allows people to save for retirement seamlessly across EU countries.

Your key activities would include:
- Identifying and developing relationships with potential B2B partners across international markets;
- Supporting Finax’s international expansion and market-entry activities;
- Coordinating partner outreach, meetings, and follow-up communication;
- Conducting market research and identifying new growth and partnership opportunities;
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with partners and key stakeholders;
- Collaborating with internal teams to prepare partnership materials, presentations, and market-specific initiatives;
- Representing Finax at meetings, networking events, and conferences;
- Tracking partnership activities and maintaining accurate CRM records;
- Providing insights, recommendations, and regular updates to support business expansion efforts.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
- you have previous experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or account management
- you have strong communication and relationship-building skills
- you have interest in international business, financial services, and market expansion
- you are proactive and organized
- you have ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- you are fluent English (C1); additional European languages are a plus
