O pozícii

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

  • Managing the Sales Team efficiently and ensuring alignment with corporate KPIs and objectives
  • Acting as the main interface between the Sales Team and Head Office, collaborating with Commercial, HR, Marketing, Logistics and other departments
  • Developing, implementing, and monitoring customer strategies
  • Coaching, motivating, and supporting Sales Managers and Key Account Managers to improve sales, profitability, and customer engagement
  • Recruiting, assessing, and developing the Sales Team, including succession planning and annual appraisals
  • Planning and organizing on-the-job activities, including regular customer visits and team meetings
  • Analyzing performance metrics and market data to inform decisions and improve results
  • Collecting and addressing customer demands, proposing solutions
  • Managing budgets, including personnel, advertising and equipment costs
  • Ensuring compliance with corporate processes, reporting standards, and brand guidelines

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

  • University degree, preferably in Economics, Business Management, Sales, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, with strong expertise in retail and/or FMCG sales
  • Proven track record in people/team management and development
  • Experience with handling budgets and projects
  • Fluency in English and Slovak/Czech, with international experience and cultural adaptability
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Solid analytical and organizational skills
  • Strong entrepreneurial acumen and customer focus
  • Self-disciplined, results-driven, and able to perform under pressure
  • Independent and responsible
  • Open-minded, flexible, and motivated to deliver exceptional customer care​
