​Our Bratislava consulting team is currently growing and hiring all seniority levels of employees.

YOUR TASKS:

• Consulting the business of our insurance clients in mastering their strategic and operational tasks

• Collaborating on the execution of projects by analyzing and actively consulting the clients to understand their vision and needs
• Conducting research, data collection and analysis on the needs and issues of the client through interviews and workshops to translate their requirements into well-formulated solutions
• Involvement in challenging projects in all aspects of the financial industry
• Influencing the modernization and digital transformation of the financial industry and introduce new solutions to the client’s business
• Participating as a member of the client’s team on projects ranging from fintech mergers and acquisitions, target operating model development, or even developing new automation solutions
• Working on the frontline and gathering the requirements for creating the appropriate business analysis, documentation and specification required for project implementation
• Willingness to travel, occasionally up to four times per week

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• Experience in a financial services organization role, with a focus on  insurance (combined experience with wealth management or banking is a plus)
• Understanding of core business processes and products, change management concepts, information system architectures and key technology platforms and solutions used in the financial sector
• Being a strong team player with excellent soft skills focused on relationship management
• Demonstrating entrepreneurial attitude with the ability to uncover new opportunities for client project growth

• Being able to confidently present findings and recommendations to the client using business proposals and presentation decks
• Professional industry experience in management consulting is a strong advantage
• Working with project management methodologies and business analysis is a strong advantage
• Conducting process efficiency, improvements and automation is an advantage
  
• Possessing affinity for information technology, profound MS Office skills (preferred Excel & PowerPoint)
• Any other technology skills and experience is a benefit (Avaloq, Jira, SICS, Power Bi, SQL)
