Are you a motivated UNIVERSITY STUDENT looking for real work experience in recruitment, talent acquisition and the technical engineering industry?

At SEGULA Technologies, we are looking for a proactive student to support our recruitment activities on a part-time basis. Your main mission will be to help us identify, contact and pre-screen technical profiles on the labour market — including engineers, technical specialists, project managers and other professionals for our automotive and engineering projects.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to gain practical experience in HR, recruitment, communication and the technical/automotive business environment.

The role is designed as a hybrid part-time position: approximately 30% work from our office in Trnava and 70% remote work from home. We expect you to be present in the office in Trnava 1–2 days per week, while the rest of the work can be done remotely in flexible hours for a few hours per day.

Your responsibilities

• Actively search for potential candidates for technical and engineering positions.
• Identify suitable profiles such as engineers, technical workers, project managers and other specialists.
• Use recruitment platforms and channels such as Profesia.sk, LinkedIn and internal databases.
• Contact potential candidates mainly by phone and email.
• Present job opportunities to candidates in a clear and professional way.
• Collect basic information from candidates and assess their interest and availability.
• Keep candidate records and recruitment databases updated.
• Support recruiters and managers during the recruitment process.
• Help with basic administrative tasks related to recruitment.
• Learn how recruitment works in an international engineering and automotive environment.

• Currently enrolled as a university student or college program
• Available for part-time work, including 1–2 days per week in our office in Trnava.
• Able to work remotely in flexible hours for a few hours per day.
• Strong communication skills, especially by phone and email.
• Confident, proactive and not afraid to contact new people.
• Interest in recruitment, HR, business development or the technical industry.
• Good time management and ability to work independently.
• Responsible approach to tasks and candidate communication.
• Basic knowledge of platforms such as LinkedIn or Profesia.sk is an advantage.
• Previous experience in recruitment, sales, customer service or administration is welcome, but not required.
• Willingness to learn and grow in an international company.
