O pozícii
Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
For our international client, a well-established industrial manufacturer operating in the electrical engineering sector, we are looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Manager / Sales Representative to support their business expansion across the Central and Eastern European region.
You will be responsible for:
- Taking full ownership of business development and sales activities within the Slovakia plant, including defining the sales strategy.
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities primarily within the CEE region.
- Building, strengthening, and maintaining long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Managing the end-to-end sales process – from needs analysis and solution proposal to pricing, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Monitoring market dynamics, customer requirements, and the competitive landscape.
- Collaborating closely with technical, production, and logistics departments.
- Preparing regular reports and participating in customer meetings, site visits, and industry events.
We are looking for:
- Proven international B2B sales experience within a manufacturing company (ideally in the electrical manufacturing sector) or distributor of electrical components.
- Ability to independently build and drive a sales strategy while maintaining operational excellence.
- Active in English (another European language is an advantage).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, autonomous, and results-oriented personality.
- Willingness to travel across the CEE region.
