About the Role:

As an Order Controller, you will play a critical role in maintaining the continuity of production by coordinating material movements, resolving packing-related issues, and ensuring accurate order tracking. You’ll work closely with operations, planning, and logistics teams to support on-time deliveries and uphold quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage production planning and order control to minimize downtime and support operational flow.
• Act as the go-to contact for packing queries and production support across departments.
• Investigate customer concerns, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective actions.
• Ensure accurate entries in the DP World order book to prevent shipment delays.
• Support quality processes and maintain compliance with QCOS and customer-specific standards.
• Release packing orders based on manpower and material delivery schedules.
• Collaborate closely with MP&L Supervisors, Managers, and the RFU team to ensure timely delivery and production continuity.

Requirements:

• High school diploma required; college education preferred.
• Proven experience in order process control is essential.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (AOS and SAP) and strong Excel skills.
• Fluent in both Slovak and English.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
