O pozícii

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

Our client is looking for an English-speaking Personal Assistant to act as the central point of coordination for ongoing logistical and administrative support to him and his family based in Bratislava, including coordination, task management, travel planning, and household operations. The role (mostly executed from the PA’s home) involves working directly with the lady of the house while working in coordinating with the other Personal Assistants based in the main office located in Vienna.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with household and family service providers, including cleaners, cooks, drivers, maintenance staff, and suppliers.

  • Manage logistical and administrative arrangements relating to the children - such as medical appointments, schooling, caregivers, and extracurricular activities (Note: this role does not involve direct childcare).

  • Plan and coordinate family travel and vacations, including bookings, itineraries, and all related logistics.

  • Provide administrative support across the lady of the house's personal and business matters, including managing her personal and the household calendars.

  • Follow up on open tasks and ongoing coordination to ensure timely execution.

  • Maintain close synchronization with the PAs at the main office who handle and oversee the broader operations.
