Quality Manager

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

• Ensuring the quality of production processes and finished products in accordance with established standards
• Implementing, maintaining, and developing quality standards within production
• Defining and ensuring required product quality levels
• Communicating product requirements with customers and input material requirements with suppliers
• Managing customer and supplier audits
• Handling complaints with the aim of ensuring customer satisfaction while protecting company interests
• Proposing improvements to production processes, including the authority to stop production and reject non-conforming (NOK) incoming materials
• Working with the information system and preparing relevant reports
• Reporting directly to the Company Director
• Leading and assigning tasks to 1 subordinate (Quality Specialist)
• Cooperating with colleagues and management and participating in meetings

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• Advanced expertise in quality management within manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of quality standards: EN ISO 9001:2015, CSN EN ISO 14001:2016, COS 051672 (AQAP 2110), VG 96927-2, ISO/IEC 27001:2022, AS9100
• Knowledge of quality management tools and methodologies: 5 Whys, 5S, 8D Problem Solving, FMEA, Kaizen
• Understanding of production processes
• Familiarity with SAP or ability to learn SAP quickly
• English language proficiency at B2 level, at minimum sufficient for performing assigned tasks
• Consistent in achieving the quality of manufactured products and in complying with prescribed product requirements from customers and certification bodies

• Decisive, capable of acting and using his/her authority

• Communicative and customer-oriented
• Willing to establish production standards that ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
