Do you speak fluent Italian and English and have experience in finance, collections, billing or customer communication?
Join an international finance team where you will work with accounts receivable, financial data and business customer queries.
This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys solving problems, communicating with clients and improving how finance processes work.
- Be the go-to person for business customers when they have questions about invoices, payments or open balances.
- Keep an eye on accounts receivable reports and help make sure collections targets stay on track.
- Investigate unpaid or disputed amounts and work with customers to find clear, practical solutions.
- Reconcile open receivables and help turn financial question marks into resolved payments.
- Cooperate with internal teams to solve escalations, discrepancies and tricky payment cases.
- Spot opportunities to improve collections processes and make daily finance operations smoother.
- Work with financial data, reports and insights, and present key findings in a clear and understandable way.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
- Fluent Italian and English.
- At least 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable, finance operations, collections, billing or a similar customer-facing role.
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with financial data.
- Excellent communication skills when dealing with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and willingness to find practical solutions.
- Experience with ERP or financial systems such as SAP, Oracle or similar tools is an advantage.
