Then we are looking for you to join us in our Human Resources team.
As an HR Support Specialist located in Partizánske, you will be responsible for managing the HR operational processes from onboarding to termination supporting our employees in our factory. You will be working with line managers, Human Resources Business Partners and employees in the employee journey in compliance with local guidelines, GDPR, legislation.
Partizánske Building Components-SK s.r.o. plant is located in Malé Bielice, part of Partizánske town, Slovakia and is part of the Wood Window Manufacturing Industry. It is a modern building with nice outside areas.
Your primary tasks will involve:
- Execute the day to day operational activities in the HR Department, carry out all administrative tasks including the preparation of legal documents and system registration related to Joiners – Movers – Leavers
- Manage the onboarding of new hires, organize welcome day and mandatory trainings and mandatory check ups
- Ensure compliant personal file management and archiving process
- Maintain master data in local and global systems (Workday and payroll) and ensure necessary documentation and audit trail
- Act as a first point of contact for employees to support them in their questions, requests related to HR matters (HR administration, time and payroll)
- Ensure compliant administration of medical check and training processes
- Be responsible for the blue-collar recruitment activities
- Assist in preparation of payroll input by collecting, consolidation relevant local payroll input either from employees or specific HR administration related processes
- Participate in global, regional projects, implement process changes locally with the support of management and global teams
- Work closely together with HRBPs, local management, shift leaders, Finance as needed

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
In fulfilling this role, we expect you to have a good understanding of the full employee lifecycle processes and the Slovak labor law and particular legislation.
Moreover, we expect you to:
- Have minimum 2 years of similar position experience - proven experience in HR area
- Be familiar with HR systems such as Human (Workday is a plus) and able to quickly apply new methods of working, systems and technologies
- To understand processes which are connected with payroll agenda (be able to understand payroll slip, tax bonus for children and principle of yearly tax accounting )
- Be able to communicate in both English and Slovak language
- Have good communications skills, interpersonal abilities and strong customer service focus
- Have a proactive, collaborative mindset and service-minded attitude
- Be precise, structured and analytical, show attention to detail
