We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead the direction of our platform software products. In this position, you will take full ownership of assigned products, ensuring they reflect the company’s vision and deliver maximum business value. You will define long-term product strategies, oversee robust architecture, and align functionality across product families while working closely with development teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of platform products and drive their vision and roadmap
  

• Define and maintain a mid- to long-term strategy in line with group objectives
  

• Ensure product architecture is reliable and properly integrated with related systems
  

• Provide business input for day-to-day development decisions
  

• Manage, prioritize, and refine the product backlog to maximize value delivery
  

• Communicate backlog items and product goals clearly to the team and stakeholders
  

• Regularly re-prioritize features to optimize development resources and outcomes
  

• Identify interdependencies with other products and define requirements accordingly
  

• Contribute to defining and testing solutions by describing relevant business scenarios
  

• Oversee release planning and continuous delivery of new features
  

• Balance new development with maintenance and quality assurance tasks
  

• Guarantee that product documentation is accurate and up to date
  

• Safeguard backwards compatibility of platform features

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• Proven track record as a Product Owner or Product Manager in an agile environment (Scrum/SAFe preferred)
