As a Consultant, you’ll take a central role in building strong client relationships, navigating dynamic projects, and delivering solutions that make a real impact.
This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, embraces change, and is eager to contribute to meaningful outcomes.

What will you do:

• Advise clients by providing relevant information about current market conditions
• Act as a point of contact in running projects within the Industrial Agency; negotiate, coordinate, and manage project at each stage; several projects simultaneously
• Client management - maintain regular personal contact with existing clients and relevant business partners
• Business Development - turn leads into deals and secure new lease deals 
• Prepare compelling presentations, proposals, and relevant commercial documentation (financial comparisons, RFPs including commercial terms and contract negotiations, invoicing)
• Represent the company at client events and industry gatherings.
• Actively cooperate in preparation of case studies, marketing materials, database updates and administrative tasks
• Support other team members in expanding our leasing and land scouting services
• Business travel within the scope of the role required

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

Professional experience

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in (Civil) Engineering, Economics, Real Estate or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience with full business process (acquisition, advisory, client management) in real estate, logistics, transportation, automation, robotics, and technology solutions

Qualifications & skills

• Business winning capability with understanding of commitment to client service
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both in English and Slovak language
• Proactive, well-organized, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently and as part of a professional team
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office
