Technical Analyst & Solution Manager (all humans)

Welcome to Investment & Insurance Experience, part of our Customer Journeys Tribe. What to do:

• Analyze, structure and challenge business and technical requirements, identify gaps and drive clarification

• Translate requirements into clear, implementation-ready specifications and acceptance criteria

• Think end-to-end and assess impacts across frontend, backend, APIs, interfaces, data flows and connected systems

• Shape solutions together with developers, UX designers, product managers and business stakeholders

• Take ownership throughout the delivery lifecycle – from requirements through implementation and testing

• Ensure testability and actively support FAT/UAT and quality assurance

• Analyze and specify REST APIs, interfaces and system dependencies from time to time

• Use Jira, Confluence and AI-supported tools as an integral part of analysis, documentation and quality assurance

Solution Management & Operations

• Take Solution Manager responsibility for selected applications and act as a central point of contact for technical and operational topics

• Keep an end-to-end view on the stability, quality, lifecycle and continuous improvement of your solutions

• Coordinate and drive incident management, including impact analysis, root-cause analysis and alignment with development teams and relevant stakeholders

• Ensure incidents are followed through to a sustainable resolution and identify measures to prevent recurring issues

• Understand dependencies, interfaces and operational risks across the application landscape

• Coordinate technical topics and dependencies with internal teams, partners and other Solution Managers

• Proactively identify improvement opportunities and contribute to the technical evolution of the solutions

• A competitive and performance-related salary dependent on your professional and personal qualifications is granted - we are obliged by law to quote the minimum wage of EUR 3000,- gross per month for this full time position. Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
You check these boxes:

• Several years of experience as a Technical Analyst, Solution Manager, Business Analyst with strong technical expertise or in a comparable role

• Strong understanding of APIs, interfaces, system dependencies and end-to-end application landscapes

• Strong requirements engineering skills and the confidence to challenge requirements and proposed solutions

• Experience with or a strong understanding of application/solution management and incident management

• Ability to structure complex incidents, coordinate the right experts and drive topics towards resolution

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and detail-oriented way of working

• A high level of ownership, initiative and accountability

• Strong communication skills and confidence working across business, IT and external partners

• Experience with Jira, Confluence and AI-supported working methods

• Proficiency in English, German is a plus
