Senior .NET Developer (NET, C#, Azure)

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

Technical Leadership and Mentorship:
- Spearhead the technical vision and roadmap for the team's .NET-based microservices and Azure cloud infrastructure.
- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers, fostering their growth in coding skills, architecture, and problem-solving abilities.
- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and champion adherence to best practices and coding standards.

Architecture and Design:
- Architect and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable .NET-based microservices and Azure cloud infrastructure.
- Utilize Azure services like Container Apps, Service Bus, and Event Grid to construct a highly available and fault-tolerant cloud-native application.
- Assess and recommend new technologies, frameworks, and patterns to augment the team's development capabilities and application performance.
- Partner with the team to pinpoint and resolve technical debt, refactor code, and enhance system design.
- Prioritize security in architectural decisions.

Project Delivery and Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with the Product team to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Engage in project planning, sprint grooming, and estimation activities to guarantee the timely delivery of high-quality features.
- Communicate effectively with the wider engineering team, stakeholders, and cross-functional partners to align on priorities and dependencies.
- Provide technical expertise and support during the development, testing, and deployment phases of the project lifecycle.

- 6+ years of software development experience, specializing in C# and the .NET framework.
- Proven ability to design and develop microservices-based applications, ideally within the Azure cloud environment.
- Deep understanding of Azure services, such as Container Apps, Service Bus, and Event Grid.
- Skilled in designing and implementing scalable, fault-tolerant, and maintainable distributed systems.
- Solid grasp of software architecture patterns, design principles, and best practices.
- Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to tackle complex technical issues.
- Experience in mentoring and guiding junior/mid-level developers, and cultivating a collaborative and inclusive team atmosphere.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
