Fraud Prevention Representative

Ever wondered how brands like Louis Vuitton, Chanel or Dior protect themselves from fraud?

As part of our Fraud Prevention team, you'll get to see it from the inside. This job is all about smart analysis, spotting red flags, and making sure everything checks out. No sales, no customer calls — just real cases, real data, and real impact.

We’re looking for someone curious, detail-oriented, and not afraid to dive into Excel or investigate suspicious cases.

What you’ll do

Investigate & Verify

• Look into reported fraud suspicions — mostly checking if customs stamps are legit

• Work with our international offices and central teams to get the full picture

• Run special checks for key merchants using shared payment options 

Report & Share Findings

• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for our luxury brand partners

• If fraud is confirmed, document it and share the insights

• Keep your teammates in the loop — we work best when we learn together

  
  

What you should bring

Skills & tools

• English at a solid B2 level (you’ll use it every day)

• Confident in Excel: if you know how to use VLOOKUP, pivot tables, IF functions — you’re good!

• Basic experience with Outlook (emails & calendar)

• You’re detail-oriented and enjoy problem-solving

• You can explain things clearly, even to non-experts

• You’re open to learning new things and adapting when needed
