We’re Hiring: Technical Quality Specialist – Fluent English ( and fluent German Preferred)

At Netzon Group, we’re growing fast—and we’re looking for a motivated Technical Quality Specialist to join our International Team in Bratislava.

About the Role

As a Technical Quality Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality standards across technical service and repair processes. You will work closely with internal teams and external service partners, supporting them with documentation, training, and process improvements. You will play a key role in analyzing performance, identifying areas for improvement, and helping to optimize repair and service operations.

Your Mission

• Analyze technical documentation and ensure quality standards are clearly defined and followed.

• Support and oversee service partners, including monitoring performance and ensuring process compliance.

• Coordinate and improve repair processes to increase efficiency and service quality.

• Deliver technical training and prepare training materials for service providers.

• Prepare reports and analyses to support continuous improvement.

• Track and manage KPIs.

• Work with internal systems and processes to ensure consistent service and quality standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Fluency in English

• German language skills are an advantage

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• A technical mindset with attention to detail.

• Experience with quality processes, documentation, or service operations is a plus.

• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and communicate effectively.

• A proactive approach to continuous improvement.

What We Offer

• Start Date: September 2026.

• Contract: Fixed-Term (6 months with possibility to move into a permanent contract).

• Full-Time: 40 hours per week.

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

• Salary: €20,000 gross per year

• Working Model: Hybrid

• Office Location: Bratislava
