Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

As a Senior Product Owner Compliance at Bitcoin Suisse, you will play a crucial role in connecting IT and business by automating the compliance processes that keep Bitcoin Suisse operating at the highest regulatory standard. Sitting within Product Development and working hand-in-hand with our Compliance department, you will own the system backlog for compliance-related process automation, translating their roadmap into dev-ready requirements and driving delivery. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth at the core of a regulated crypto-financial business, alongside a team of professionals and crypto natives from various backgrounds.

You will have the following responsibilities

• Own our compliance system landscape as Product Owner of our dedicated compliance scrum team

• Drive the automation of FATF Travel Rule related processes across both internal operations and client-facing flows

• Drive the automation of further compliance processes, including KYC- and AML-related workflows

• Own and manage related vendor systems from requirements through integration and lifecycle

• Collaborate closely with the Compliance department to translate their roadmap into actionable, dev-ready system requirements that deliver their key roadmap items

• Partner with Client Management as a key stakeholder to ensure client-facing compliance flows (onboarding, KYC, Travel Rule) meet client needs while satisfying regulatory requirements

• Own and prioritize the compliance automation backlog, balancing regulatory urgency, operational impact and delivery capacity

• Foster close collaboration with IT development teams, managing dependencies, prioritizing features, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions and up-to-date documentation

• Collaborate with risk, compliance and legal to ensure solutions meet AML/CFT and broader regulatory requirements

Online Personal Interview

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

What you bring along?

• University degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience

• Solid understanding of compliance and financial-crime processes (KYC/AML, transaction monitoring, sanctions and wallet screening, Travel Rule) and how they translate into systems

• Strong conceptual skills and the ability to create requirements that resolve business needs effectively while surfacing hidden edge cases and keeping maintainability in mind

• Experience in agile product development methodologies as well as incident, problem and release management processes

• Experience owning and integrating third-party vendor systems; familiarity with blockchain-analytics tooling (e.g. Elliptic, Chainalysis) and/or core-banking AML modules is highly desirable

• Grasp of technology stacks covering APIs, databases, server infrastructure and UI

• Strong coordinative and collaboration skills, with the ability to work efficiently with diverse stakeholders across Compliance, Client Management and IT

• You actively use AI tools in your daily work and can show concrete examples of where they changed your output

• Familiarity with cryptocurrency markets and the European regulatory landscape for digital assets (MiCAR, TFR, FATF) is highly desirable

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively

• Fluent in English
