Strategic Buyer (Technical Projects & Supplier Management)

As a Technical project Buyer, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful sourcing and supply of direct materials for both pre-series and series production. Working closely with cross-functional teams and international suppliers, you will contribute to strategic purchasing initiatives and continuous cost optimization.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing sourcing activities for direct materials throughout the pre-series and series production phases.

• Leading supplier selection and evaluation processes while fostering healthy competition among suppliers.

• Preparing and managing RFI and RFQ processes.

• Defining, monitoring, and driving supplier performance against Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) targets.

• Negotiating and establishing contracts with new suppliers.

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with both local and international suppliers.

• Developing sourcing strategies and plans in close cooperation with Project Managers.

• Monitoring market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement performance.

• Preparing analyses, reports, and purchasing-related documentation to support informed business decisions.
