About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive, communicative and detail-oriented ERP Application Consultant to join our IT team.

In this role, you will be primarily responsible for supporting our colleagues in working with the IFS Applications ERP system and assist in the implementation of new digital projects across the company. You will also be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our enterprise information system, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, and ensuring optimal performance of key software modules.

Key Responsibilities:
• Administer and support assigned modules of the company’s enterprise information system
• Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative software solutions
• Actively collaborate with internal users to understand needs and provide tailored system support
• Create, update, and maintain technical documentation
• Deliver user training sessions and provide ongoing consultation for supported system modules
• Analyze and troubleshoot system issues to ensure minimal disruption to business operations
• Manage and maintain data for designated business processes
• Develop and maintain business reports using tools such as SQL, Reporting Services, and Business Analytics

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

Preferred Skills and Competencies

• Experience with any ERP system - IFS is a plus
• Experience with PL/SQL is a strong advantage
• Solid understanding of business processes in areas such as logistics, production, or service is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High level of responsibility, independence, and effective communication
• Working knowledge of the Microsoft 365 environment is desirable
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills — ability to translate technical solutions into user-friendly language
