FamiCord Group, an international biotechnology company headquartered in Germany, is looking for a communicative, client-oriented and commercially minded professional to join its growing Slovak subsidiary and support families in making important decisions about their family's future health.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys meaningful communication with clients, consultative sales and helping families understand innovative healthcare solutions.

The role focuses primarily on acquiring new clients through phone and online communication with prospective clients generated through digital marketing campaigns, social media activities and website enquiries.

Main responsibilities

  • Contact and follow up with prospective clients generated through digital marketing campaigns, social media activities and website enquiries.

  • Conduct phone consultations and communicate with prospective and existing clients via phone, email, chat and social media channels.

  • Convert incoming leads into new clients through professional and consultative sales communication.

  • Present and explain the company's healthcare services in a professional, empathetic and trustworthy manner.

  • Guide clients through the decision-making process and support them in selecting the most suitable service option.

  • Build trust and long-term relationships with clients through professional and high-quality communication.

  • Handle objections professionally and confidently while maintaining a positive client experience.

  • Work towards individual sales targets and contribute to the company's business growth.

  • Cooperate closely with marketing activities to improve lead generation and conversion rates.

  • Collect client feedback and contribute ideas for improving sales processes and customer experience.

  • Cooperate closely with company management and international teams within the FamiCord Group.

  • Participate occasionally in educational events, conferences and professional meetings.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer care, telesales, account management or healthcare consulting.

  • Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build trust with clients.

  • Confidence in phone communication and consultative selling.

  • Results-oriented mindset with motivation to achieve sales targets and business objectives.

  • Positive and resilient personality with the ability to handle rejection professionally.

  • Customer-oriented mindset combined with commercial thinking and sales motivation.

  • Ability to listen carefully and understand clients' needs and concerns.

  • Professional, polite and empathetic communication style.

  • Independent, proactive and responsible approach to work.

  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple client conversations.

  • Experience in healthcare, biotechnology or medical services is an advantage but not essential.

  • Excellent command of Slovak language (native level, written and spoken) is essential.

  • Advanced English (written and spoken) is an advantage.

  • University degree is preferred.
