Regional service manager

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

We are looking for a Regional Service Manager who will be responsible for managing, developing, and supporting dealer aftersales operations for Chery in Slovakia. This role plays a key part in ensuring high service quality, strong dealer performance, and consistent brand standards across the country.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support dealer service operations within the assigned region
• Conduct regular dealer visits to assess service quality, compliance, and operational performance
• Coach and train regional dealer service teams to improve technical and customer service capabilities
• Monitor regional service KPIs and prepare performance reports
• Support complex repairs, warranty cases, and technical escalations in cooperation with dealers
• Ensure consistent implementation of company service standards, policies, and procedures
• Collect and analyze regional customer feedback and identify service improvement areas
• Support new dealer onboarding, service setup, and readiness assessments
• Prepare regular regional service reports for the Technical Director
• Represent the company at regional meetings, training sessions, and industry exhibitions

Requirements

• Proven experience in aftersales or service management within the automotive industry
• Strong understanding of dealer service operations and warranty processes
• Ability to work with KPIs, performance metrics, and reporting
• Hands-on, problem-solving mindset with the ability to support complex technical cases
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel within the region
• English – working proficiency (spoken and written)
• Experience in a regional or multi-dealer role will be a strong advantage
