We’re Hiring: Customer Service & Sales Representative - French and English Speaker

At Netzon Group, we’re growing fast—and we’re looking for motivated Customer Service Agents to join our International Team in Bratislava.

If you enjoy helping people, communicating in a dynamic environment, and being part of a supportive, multicultural team, this role is for you.

About the Role

As a Customer Service & Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their questions are answered and issues resolved efficiently. You will also be the expert about the several products and accessories available for customers. You will represent Stokke, a company dedicated to creating furniture and baby gear that combines functionality with exceptional style.

Your Mission

  • Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide outstanding service and support.

  • Identify customer needs and directly recommend products and services to enhance their experience.

  • Handle inquiries efficiently, resolving issues, and providing solutions in a knowledgeable manner.

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of client products and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.

  • Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system to improve service delivery and sales strategies.

What We’re Looking For

  • Fluency in both French and English.

  • A passion for helping customers and a customer centric approach.

  • Ability to deal with sensitive calls with empathy and understanding.

  • Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for details.

  • A strong professional and proactive approach to problem solving.

  • Experience using CRM systems would be a plus.

Zamestnanecké výhody, benefity:

What We Offer

  • Start Date: June 1st, 2026.

  • Contract: Fixed-Term (6 months with possibility to move into a permanent contract).

  • Full-Time: 40 hours per week.

  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

  • Salary: €19,000 gross per year

  • Performance Bonus: up to €150/month after probation.

  • Working Model: Hybrid

  • Training: 3 Weeks of training.

  • Office Location: Bratislava
