Billing Project Manager

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
- Lead the implementation of custom billing solutions in alignment with contractual agreements and solution documentation
- Track project progress and maintain comprehensive documentation
- Facilitate regular (weekly and ad hoc) project meetings to define actions and guide project direction
- Engage with a broad stakeholder group through regular updates and discussions to communicate project status
- Define the overall project approach, including sequencing of activities and timelines
- Proactively identify and resolve issues, removing roadblocks through team collaboration or escalation if needed
- Provide consistent status updates to management and project sponsors
- Deliver clear and structured project readouts to stakeholders

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience)
- 5+ years of experience in finance, contracting, billing and/or customer services
- 2+ years of project management experience
- Advanced English language skills (B2+)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to translate complex billing/contract topics into clear actions
- Strong customer/service mindset with experience handling escalations and executive-ready status reporting
- Skilled at working with cross-functional partners to resolve complex issues and drive outcomes
- Ability to influence and manage stakeholder expectations
- Enjoy working in a fast paced, dynamic environment
