About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and creative Content Creator to join our team and help build a large-scale, high-quality content library for our platform. This role goes beyond traditional video editing and focuses on creating, shaping, adapting, and organizing content across different formats to support the overall user experience of our product.

As a key part of our content production process, you will work with a wide range of digital assets, creative tools, and modern technologies to produce engaging content aligned with our brand, methodology, and platform needs. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, technically capable, and open to exploring new ways of producing content efficiently and at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and shape engaging content for our platform, with a strong focus on video.

• Turn ideas, raw materials, and sourced assets into compelling platform-ready content.

• Work across visual, audio, and mixed-media formats to build strong content experiences.

• Edit and produce videos using creative tools and modern production workflows.

• Collaborate with the product team to create content that fits the platform, audience, and overall vision.

• Search, select, and organize media assets, including stock and licensed materials.

• Help build and expand a structured internal content library for long-term use.

• Use modern digital tools, creative technologies, and AI-supported workflows in everyday production.

Requirements:

• English language - B2

• Proven experience in content creation, digital production, or multimedia content development.

• Strong practical skills in video editing and content production tools.

• Good sense of storytelling, pacing, structure, and emotional impact in digital content.

• Ability to work independently while also collaborating closely with a wider team.

• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple content tasks at once.

• Confidence in working with different types of digital assets and adapting content into platform-ready outputs.

• Interest in creative technologies, digital content systems, and AI-supported workflows.

• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools is an advantage.

• Experience working with licensed, sourced, or library-based content is a plus.
