Logistics Specialist

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

The Logistics Specialist is primarily responsible for facilitating all types of products movements and system maintenance of inventory at our stock points.  This includes all kinds of processes related to Inbound, Outbound and coordination of warehouse activities.

How will you create impact?

• Ensure 3PL provides On-Time delivery execution of customer and/or purchase orders meeting given delivery dates in line with agreed lead times and service expectations, monitor the performance and execute corrective actions.
• Invoice adjustment and authorization (signing) for customs purposes
• Resolving daily issues / irregularities / customer complains
• Track and Trace to ensure smooth order flow, accuracy and visibility
• New customer set up- review of customer requirements 
• Stock controlling-stock maintenance in SAP
• Rework process planning with the 3PL
• Returns processing
• Communication and cooperation across different departments and teams in order to reach the objectives. (Customers Service team, Local Sales/Marketing teams, Planning)
• Supporting  Manager, Outbound and Warehousing by means of performing other activities and duties related to logistics processes

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

What are your skills and experience?

• 2+ years of work experience in the Freight Forwarding or/and Public Warehousing Industry/supply chain environment
• Problem Solving skills with the ability to seek alternative solutions
• Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-up Excellent in Data gathering and interpretation
• Expert level of Working knowledge of Excel, SAP
• Advanced English skills, other language skills are beneficial
• Customer Focus – achieving Company, department, and personal goals through a strong customer focus
