Quality Engineer - new production plant!

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
A globally established technology leader specialising in high-current contact systems, vehicle charging interfaces, cable system engineering and advanced connector solutions is entering the Slovak market and building a brand-new production plant in Prešov (approx. 25 employees) - be a part of it!

Your tasks:

• Maintaining and further developing the integrated quality management system. 

• Independently creating and maintaining QM documents (FMEA, PLP, AA, PP, etc.). 

• Processing, investigating, and evaluating customer/supplier complaints, including initiating & monitoring corrective and preventive measures to eliminate weaknesses in the sense of a CIP (Continuous Improvement Process). 

• Analyzing and evaluating the quality situation at the location and reporting to the Head of Quality (Germany headquarter)

• Conducting internal audits and supporting certification and customer audits. 

• Carrying out FMEAs in an interdisciplinary team. 

• Advance quality planning of products within the scope of projects. 

• Responsibility for test equipment management at the site. 

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• Quality Technician/Manager/Engineer with technical/business degree, or a career changer with a technical affinity. 

• Knowledge of the standards ISO 9001; IATF 16949 as well as ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 is desirable. 

• Several years of professional experience in quality management.

• Experience in planning and conducting audits. 

• Good MS Office skills 

• Advanced in English and Slovak, both written and spoken + German language skills are an asset

• A well-groomed, polite manner with internal and external contacts. 

• A structured, solution-oriented, and independent working style. 

• High commitment and motivation to continuously develop yourself and the company.
