Logistics and Procurement Specialist

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

We are searching for an experienced Logistics and Procurement Specialist with strong process and time management skills, able to manage a company's supply chain, focusing on both acquiring necessary goods and services (procurement) and efficiently handling their movement, storage, and delivery (logistics) to ensure smooth operations and cost-effectiveness.

You will manage the flow of raw materials and parts supplies into the business and finished products off to our customers. Most of our suppliers are international, all of our product sales is export (distributor network).

Your Key Responsibilities will be:

Procurement:

• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for materials, components, and services
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance
• Prepare and issue purchase orders and process invoices
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies

Logistics:

• Plan, coordinate, and control transportation, warehousing, and inventory processes
• Manage the import/export and customs clearance of procured goods
• Manage product customs classification records
  
• Interact with Customs authorities, Brokers, Forwarders, Customers and Suppliers
• Manage troubleshooting with Forwarders, Customers and Suppliers: transport damages, delays, quality issues...
  
• Monitor supply chain efficiency and identify areas for improvement

Combined Roles:

• Ensure the overall stability, efficiency, and continuity of the supply chain
• Ensure timely delivery of goods to end customers
• Keep records in our system timely and accurate
  
• Analyze results and implementation of improvements
  
• Analyze cost trends to implement cost-saving measures
  
• Work closely with, production, quality, finance and other internal teams
