O pozícii
Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
We are looking for a colleague to join our team in a part-time role, on a fixed-term contract, offering flexible home office and occasional on-site collaboration.
Your main responsibilities:
• Conduct job evaluations using the company’s chosen methodology
• Maintain and update job architecture, job families, job levels, and career paths.
• Support leaders in drafting or updating job descriptions aligned with internal grading structure.
• Ensure global/local consistency in job leveling and apply internal governance rules.
• Maintain the organizational structure in Fusion based on HRBP inputs
• Ensure accuracy of reporting lines, position management, cost center structures, and headcount.
• Support HR, Finance and functional leadership during annual budgeting for positions and FTE planning for YFAI SG&A.
• Manage and validate HR master data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely updates.
• Prepare HR reporting: FTE, turnover, promotions, ... .
• Support audits and compliance checks related to HR data and processes.
• Identify data inconsistencies and lead corrective actions across HR and line managers.
• Contribute to digitalization projects, workflows, and automation improvements.
• Support implementation of processes required by the EU Directive, including gender pay gap calculations, pay ranges, and reporting obligations.
• Prepare internal reports and employee communication materials.
• Coordinate cooperation with plants
• Ensure job evaluation and job classification processes meet equal work value requirements.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
• 3–5 years of experience in HR operations, C&B support, or HR analytics.
• Experience in an international environment is an advantage.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of HR processes (job evaluation, compensation, HR admin, OM).
• Experience with job evaluation methodologies (Mercer, WTW).
• Understanding of the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
• High proficiency in Excel; experience with HRIS tools (Fusion/Workday/other).
• Familiarity with GDPR and data privacy regulations.
