Business Development Coordinator (International Clients & Partnerships, Internal Operations)

At Accace, you will not just support business development. You will be part of it – from the first client contact to the final proposal.

We are looking for a Business Development Coordinator who will help us connect opportunities across countries, support international tenders, and gradually grow into a more senior role.

What will you do:

• coordinate incoming business opportunities and connect them with the right teams
• support preparation of international proposals and tenders (RFP/RFI)
• communicate with clients, partners, and colleagues across different countries
• work with data in CRM and turn it into clear overviews
• support partner cooperation (contracts, NDAs, invoicing)
• keep shared documentation structured and up to date
