Accenture offers a competitive compensation package. As required by the Slovak law we state that the legal monthly minimum gross base pay starting from 1 350 € depending on your professional and personal qualifications in the required areas. O pozícii

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
- Build strong relationships with project managers, agencies, clients, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective onboarding solutions.
- Participate in the end-to-end contractor process, ensuring compliance with internal policies and local laws.
- Assist with requisition validation, work order creation or review, initial candidate screening, interview coordination, benchmarking, rate negotiations, and exit processes.
- Collaborate with Contractor Exchange Helpdesk, Legal, HR, and Tax teams to resolve issues efficiently and identify optimal solutions.
- Participate in meetings, trainings, and process documentation, contributing ideas for ongoing improvement.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
- Secondary education with school-leaving examination or Follow-up/Higher Professional Education.
- Up to 1 year of experience in an administrative or customer service role.
- Advanced English and German language skills (at least B2+).
- User knowledge of MS Office.
- Ability to understand client requirements.
- Organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proactive and supportive attitude.
- Independence in problem solving.

Bonus Points If You Have:
- University Degree.
- Experience in HR.
- Good knowledge of the contractor market legislation, trends.
