Communication Engineer

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

​A Communication Engineer is responsible for design, deployment and maintenance of radio systems. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring reliability of delivered systems and cooperate actively with other departments in Vissim. Majority of communication systems are provided by Motorola and their partners.​

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES​

• For designing and integrating technical software solutions at the customer's site.
• For deploying and maintenance of Communication solutions delivered by Vissim (Dimetra, Capacity Max, Linked Capacity Plus).
• For diagnosing and resolving faults.
• For communication with external partners to manage system deployments and resolve issues
• For keeping and creating technical documentation.
• For collaboration with internal teams (e.g., Development, IT Ops, Customer Support, Engineering, Product, Sales) to ensure professional delivery of radio systems
• For the implementation and provision of training for customers.
• For the quality and full performance of work resulting from the job position.
• For compliance with the company's internal guidelines and rules.
• For fulfilment of responsibilities within projects.
• To understand client and prospect solution needs and, as necessary, propose new services to the Vissim Product team.
• Represent the company at meetings with customers.
• Strategic point of contact for Vissim’s customers.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Education: University in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Certifications: Motorola certification in relevant systems (Dimetra, Capacity Max, Linked Capacity Plus- nice to have).

• Experience: 
• 3 years´ experience in related roles
• Strong understanding of hardware and software elements in Motorola systems
• Experience in technical support or project delivery
• IP and computer networks experience.
• Skills: 

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Project management skills.
• Technical proficiency in integration tools and platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
