About the Role
As our AI Validation Expert, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring our artificial intelligence systems meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. You'll work with cutting-edge technology while establishing best practices that drive our AI governance framework.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review and validate AI models for production deployment, collaborating with senior data scientists
• Perform thorough analysis of AI models to ensure adherence to technical and ethical best practices
• Develop and implement comprehensive guidelines and standards for AI model validation
• Coordinate and oversee the validation process across all AI models in our organization
• Identify potential risks and recommend mitigation strategies for AI implementations
• Stay current with emerging trends and methodologies in AI validation and governance

We're looking for a detail-oriented professional who combines technical expertise with critical thinking. You thrive in collaborative environments and have a passion for ensuring AI systems are not only powerful but also reliable and responsibly deployed.

We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:
• A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or a related quantitative field
• Proficiency in Python and/or other programming languages
• Solid knowledge of machine learning, Generative AI or Natural Language Processing
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
These are additional nice to haves:
• Experience with AI governance frameworks or validation methodologies
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to AI systems
• Familiarity with model documentation standards
• Experience in a regulated industry (finance, healthcare, etc.)
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work across multiple teams
