Your Mission:
As our French Speaking Customer Service Representative/Webmaster, you'll be the friendly face (or voice) our customers rely on. You’ll manage sales processes, provide outstanding support, and even flex your creative muscles by collaborating with our marketing team on e-mail campaigns and translations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Smoothly running the daily sales process in your territory like a well-oiled gift machine.
• Delivering top-notch customer support to keep our clients coming back for more.
• Responding to emails, calls, and online chats with lightning speed and a smile.
• Translating product information into French and entering it into our system with precision.
• Crafting and sending email newsletters, updating website banners, and showcasing new products as per marketing plans.
• Working closely with a talented team of Export Webmasters and Account Managers.
• Assisting the marketing team with exciting ad-hoc tasks (because teamwork makes the dream work!).
• Sharing valuable insights on customer behavior and sales trends to help us grow smarter.
