Procurement specialist - production company

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
We are looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist who enjoys working with suppliers, optimizing costs, and supporting internal customers. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing activities within assigned categories and helping us achieve the best value for the business – not just the lowest price, but smart, sustainable solutions.

What you will do

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for assigned material or service categories

• Manage sourcing activities from tendering to contract implementation

• Analyze procurement data and identify cost-saving and optimization opportunities

• Coordinate suppliers of direct and indirect materials

• Ensure purchasing activities meet quality, timing, and cost requirements

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key and strategic suppliers

• Continuously improve procurement services for internal customers

• Monitor supplier performance and support long-term cooperation

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• University degree (technical or economic background)

• 5 years of experience in procurement

• Very good English (spoken and written)

• Strong negotiation and analytical skills

• Experience with strategic sourcing

• Good understanding of Procure-to-Pay processes

• Customer-oriented mindset and good communication skills

• Confident user of MS Office

• Experience with SAP, SRM, ARIBA, Power BI or e-Sourcing tools is an advantage
