About the Role

We are looking for a Payments & Operations Specialist to help keep our international payment processes running smoothly. You will work with partners across Europe, support daily operations, help improve processes, and act as a go-to person for payment systems and transactions. This is a hands-on role where attention to detail and problem-solving are key, and no two days are exactly the same.

What You’ll Do
  • Ensure payments and transactions are handled accurately and on time.

  • Coordinate with partners and suppliers across Europe to keep processes running smoothly.

  • Test and implement changes in payment systems and terminals.

  • Reconcile data and invoices to make sure everything adds up correctly.

  • Support audits, compliance checks, and year-end closing activities.

  • Solve issues with payments or systems, including larger updates or incidents.

  • Act as a key contact and expert for payment-related projects and initiatives.

  • Collaborate with international partners to settle transactions and resolve operational issues.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:


  • University Education min - Economics, Business IT
  • Professional experience min. 3-5 years
  • Experience in Customer support
  • Technical understanding of IT systems and processes
  • Fluent in Slovak (written and spoken) – C2
  • Fluent in English (business level) – min B2/C1 MUST
  • Other CEE languages: Hungarian or German is advantage
  • Computer literacy : MS office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to analyze and manage processes for efficient operations.
  • Strong analytical skills; detail-oriented and organized.
  • Ability to cooperate in matrix corporate environment.
  • Driving license – willinges to travel (ad-hoc)
