Are you an experienced sales professional in Foundry and Forging  with a passion for driving business growth? Do you thrive in dynamic environments where your skills in negotiation, leadership, and technical knowledge make a real impact? If so, we want you to join our team as a Key Account Manager!

What You’ll Do:

• Drive Sales Success: Develop competitive price offers, negotiate deals, and identify new customer opportunities.
• Lead by Example: Visit customers and suppliers, building and maintaining key relationships.
• Strategic Planning: Create and execute business plans, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Marketing & Promotion: Spearhead marketing initiatives and represent the company at trade shows.
• Supplier Collaboration: Find and work with suppliers for mechanical processing and surface treatments.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure product and process quality meets the highest standards, following the latest guidelines and customer requirements.Uphold the highest quality standards in line with ISO norms and environmental management systems.
• ​Visits & Relationship with customers and suppliers for long term cooperation ​
  
• Work closely with the General Manager

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

Our ideal candidate should have

• Experience - at least 5 years in Automotive - Casting Business 
• Strong communication skills.
• Professional level of English and German
• High degree of independence and flexibility
• Self-starter with a professional demeanor.
• Knowledge of relevant technical standards (ISO/TS 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001)
• Ability to read drawings/specs; understanding of cost models, tooling, PPAP/IATF basics.
• Willingness to travel abroad to meet customers
