Your Mission:
As our French Speaking Customer Service Representative/Webmaster, you'll be the friendly face (or voice) our customers rely on. This is a varied commercial role combining customer relationship management, sales development, website management and digital marketing.

You will have your own French customer base and will be expected not only to provide excellent customer service, but also to actively develop existing customers, reactivate inactive accounts, attract new business and improve the performance of our French website.

• What will you do?

  Customer & Account Management

  • Support French-speaking customers by email, phone and online chat.

  • Build good relationships with existing customers and assist them throughout the ordering process.

  • Follow up new registrations and customers who may need help placing their first order.

  • Reconnect with inactive customers and understand how we can better support them.

  • Keep customer information, communication and follow-ups organised in our CRM system.

  • Share customer feedback and recurring issues with management.

  Website & Product Content

  • Translate and update product information in French.

  • Maintain French product pages, descriptions, images and other website content.

  • Update website banners, promotions and important customer information.

  • Regularly check the French website and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.

  • Help ensure French content is accurate, professional and up to date.

  Marketing & Market Support

  • Prepare French newsletters and email campaigns together with our marketing team.

  • Support promotions, new product launches and other activities for the French market.

  • Monitor customer activity and feedback to understand what is working and where improvements are needed.

  • Help identify potential new customers and opportunities to grow our presence in France.

  • Provide management with practical feedback about the French market and customer needs.

The work cannot be performed in the form of remote or home-office. This is work for 8+ hours a day directly in our offices, possibly only with an occasional home-office.
