Head of Infrastructure & Cloud Native (m/f)

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

The role combines strategic technology leadership with operational oversight and focuses on building a scalable, automation-driven infrastructure and platform engineering organization aligned with business priorities, customer needs, and broader group technology initiatives.

The position also requires strong cross-functional collaboration across internal technology, delivery, and business teams, as well as the ability to support cooperation and knowledge sharing within the broader environment and international partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive infrastructure and cloud-native technology strategy.

• Lead modernization initiatives across hybrid cloud, automation, DevOps, and platform engineering domains.

• Oversee operational performance, infrastructure stability, and service quality.

• Drive adoption of Infrastructure as Code, automation, and cloud-native practices.

• Lead onboarding of new technologies and establish technical standards.

• Build and develop high-performing infrastructure and platform teams across Slovakia and the Czech Republic.

• Improve organizational efficiency, scalability, and delivery predictability.

• Partner with sales, delivery, and leadership teams on strategic initiatives and customer engagements.

• Foster collaboration across internal engineering, delivery, operations, and business teams.

• Support cross-functional technology initiatives and organizational alignment across the company.

• Contribute to international cooperation and knowledge-sharing initiatives across the group ecosystem.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure, cloud, or platform engineering environments.

• 3–5 years of leadership experience managing technical teams.

• Strong experience with enterprise infrastructure, virtualization, hybrid cloud, and automation technologies.

• Experience driving infrastructure modernization or organizational transformation initiatives.

• Familiarity with cloud-native technologies, DevOps methodologies, and Infrastructure as Code practices.
