Your key responsibilities :

• develop, communicate, and execute the HR role in line with the group’s vision and objectives
• advise and support Executive Management and plant leaders on all HR matters, ensuring alignment between HR initiatives and business priorities
• oversee and manage all HR proseses
• responsibility for recruitment, onboarding, and career development programs to attract and retain top talents
• ensure compliance and manage social relations
• guarantee adherence to local labour laws
• manage relations with employee representatives and Union  and maintain constructive social climate
• promote learning, development, and change management
• define and track HR KPIs
• manage budgets and planning
• continuously improve HR processes and tools
• monitor HR performance and optimize processes
• lead and develop HR team
• manage, coach, and empower teams
• foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
• champion diversity, equity, and well-being
• promote a positive, inclusive work environment and implement initiatives to enhance employee well-being and engagement

• as an HR Leader, you will be the strategic partner to Executive Management, responsible for defining, deploying, and optimizing the HR policies and processes

• proven experience (at least 10 years)in HR leadership roles within an industrial or manufacturing environment is must
  
• strong knowledge of Labor Law and HR best practices
• excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills
•  business acumen, and results-driven mindset
• your ability to anticipate trends and build agile, future-ready organizations will be critical
• mastery of HR management tools
• fluency in English or German is a must
• strategic vision and analytical thinking
• ability to understand complex organizational challenges and design innovative HR solutions
