Who we are
We are an original Slovak software company. Since we are not part of any foreign parent group, everything — from product development and customer support to growth and sales — is managed entirely in-house. We have developed our own product, Unimus, which we sell globally. Our network automation and management solution is used by organizations of all sizes — from small local networks, through data centers and telecom operators, to well-known companies outside the IT sector.

Your responsibilities
We are looking for an Account Manager who will:

  • Take ownership of the end-to-end sales process and manage incoming sales requests from start to finish (from quote to PO to proforma, payment, and invoicing)
  • Manage assigned customer accounts with a focus on account retention
  • Assist new and existing customers with any sales-related questions or issues
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager on tailored sales plans and strategies for key clients
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships — we stay in contact with many clients for years

In addition, you will have the opportunity to:

  • contribute to marketing campaigns
  • contribute to new partner acquisition efforts and onboarding initiatives

How we work

  • We operate in small teams — yours will include 2 Account Managers and a Head of Sales & Marketing
  • You’ll be supported by Senior Advertising Manager as well as two Technical Writers who create technical content and represent us at conferences globally
  • A dedicated support team handles technical issues, and billing is managed separately — allowing you to focus on sales and client relationships
  • We work on-site on a daily basis, with core hours from 10:00 to 16:00. Outside of these hours, you are free to work from the office or from home
  • Our internal communication is direct — no unnecessary meetings, writing, or delays

What you won’t have to deal with

  • Cold calling or other forms of direct selling
  • Mandatory quotas (KPIs)
  • Pointless meetings or corporate bureaucracy
  • Expectations to remain available during vacation
  • Non-transparent compensation or reluctance to discuss your professional growth


What we expect from you

  • Experience in Account Management or a relevant sales/marketing role
  • Solid understanding of sales principles and a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer experience
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Fluency in English (both verbal and written)
  • Strong time-management skills and a proactive, problem-solving attitude

Extra skills that come in handy:

  • Experience with CRM software and tools
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn advanced tools (Sales Navigator & Recruiter)
  • Deep understanding of Business English
  • Additional language skills (French or German) are a great plus
