Quality Manager

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

We are seeking a new Quality Manager to take ownership of our Quality Management System (QMS) and drive continuous improvement across processes at our site in Trenčianska Turná. This is a key role reporting directly to company management and collaborating closely with our second site in Germany. As part of a company operating in the pharmaceutical sector, you will ensure that all processes meet internal standards and ISO 9001 requirements, with a strong focus on product compliance, customer satisfaction, and regulatory expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance of all internal processes with the QMS and ISO 9001 standards.

• Collect, track, and evaluate quality deviations, and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.

• Maintain and manage quality documentation and procedures.

• Optimize quality aspects of quotation and order processing workflows.

• Cooperate on the development of process templates and inspection records.

• Monitor calibration and management of measurement/testing tools.

• Support supplier assessments and communicate quality/customer requirements to subcontractors.

• Plan and support internal and external audits in alignment with company management.

• Consolidate training plans and support training evaluations.

• Track and report quality KPIs and quality costs to management.

• Contribute to product safety and compliance activities.
