In the situation where you significantly exceed the requirements, the offered salary may be above the advertised range. As a Business Analyst in our Channel Intelligence Squad, you’ll help us reimagine how we serve our customers through AI-powered solutions and smart automation. About the Role
This isn’t your typical BA role. You’ll be part of a cross-functional squad focused on enhancing our ServiceNow platform. Your mission? To translate business needs into smart, scalable user stories and help deliver AI-powered solutions that improve customer journeys and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities:
• Understand and document business needs by turning them into clear, actionable user stories, gather requirements, analyse, prioritize, co-ordinate UAT, sign off and post launch validations for assigned initiatives.
• Support the culture of continuous improvements and help shape the future of our service ecosystem.
• Manage partners like business users, product owners, architects, engineers and testers effectively.
• Hands on pioneering technology and capabilities including Azure cloud, Stargate, Artificial intelligence, Chatbots, plus integration with our Service Now environments to uncover insights and drive automation efforts.
• Act as a trusted bridge between business and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery.

About You
You’re a natural problem-solver who brings structure to complexity and energy to every conversation. You’re not afraid to ask questions, challenge assumptions, and explore new ways of working.
Here’s what makes you a great fit:
• You have experience as a Business Analyst (ideally 3–5 years), especially in IT or service management.
• You’re familiar with ServiceNow and agile delivery models, and know how to write crisp, structured user stories.
• You excel at communicating effectively and managing relationships across diverse business and technical teams.
• You’re curious about AI and excited to explore tools like chatbots or LLMs.
• You bring a pragmatic mindset, a collaborative spirit, and a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
• Bonus points if you hold BA certifications (like CBAP or PMI-PBA) or have a background in digital transformation.
