Operational Permanent Control specialist for Finance

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

• Application of internal control standards, apply and support the culture of operational risk control within the Finance division and propose relevant changes
• Coordination of the identification of key processes and units for risk analysis, including the formalization of preventive measures and their subsequent monitoring
• Ensuring the proper implementation of the permanent control framework in accordance with the policies, directives, procedures and guidelines issued by the independent control functions
• Ensuring that all necessary and required process procedures are identified, formalized, validated, updated and maintained
• Coordination of definitions and implementations of company control plans based on general control plans defined at Group level and on the basis of local controls that have been identified
• Support in the management of incidents from the point of view of operational risk (support in the analysis of incidents, including the determination of their root causes and necessary corrective measures, and if necessary, provide them with support in this area)
• Support in the organization and provision of relevant training on operational risks in the Finance perimeter
• Cooperation with external and internal auditors

• Coordination of quality management according to set processes
