We are looking for a Data & Process Engineer who will play a pivotal role in fine-tuning our production, material flow, and change management. Core responsibilities:

• Setup & maintain system processes within our manufacturing environment.
• Manage data accuracy in JIRA and SAP systems.
• Administer manufacturing data and ensure smooth data flow between R&D and Production.
• Establish standards for documentation (work instructions, etc.) and secure they are up to date.
• Support Product Ramp-up administration and process improvements in collaboration with R&D.
• Optimize production and warehouse material flow (Kanban, buffers, etc.).
• Assist in the assembly adjustment of mobile robots (time balance).
• Cooperation with R&D focused on process improvements
• Support quality

Requirements:

• Analytical mindset with a focus on logical thinking and details.
• Proven experience in production setup (material flow, time balance).
• Strong data administration skills, particularly in ERP systems (BOM, Material Flow).
• Open-minded, flexible, and comfortable with changing priorities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Curious, communicative, and self-motivated.
• Technical education is a strong advantage.
• Fluent in both Slovak and English language (B2)
