HR Recruiter

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

We are seeking a talented HR Recruiter. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle and ensuring the continuous flow of qualified candidates to meet the demands of a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for blue-collar and white-collar roles (mainly in production and technical areas)

- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements

- Create and publish engaging job postings across various platforms

- Screen applications, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates

- Maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs

- Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires in cooperation with the HR team

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system

- Support employer branding activities and represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events
