EMEA SSG Finance Student

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
In this role, you will become a valuable part of our finance team, where your work will be needed, appreciated, and make a real contribution to our success. You’ll report directly to the EMEA Financial Controller and collaborate daily with a supportive team of around 10 finance analysts. Join us and gain hands-on experience supporting a fast-growing business unit with financial operations across all EMEA markets within a dynamic international IT corporation.

This position offers a great opportunity to develop your analytical skills, work with real financial data, and contribute to meaningful projects within our Finance Team.

What you'll do:
- Work daily with Excel to support the Finance Team in preparing various standard reports, analyses and ad-hoc reports.
- Assist in monthly and quarterly closing processes, ensuring reports are delivered on time, accurately, and with high quality.
- Perform top-down data analysis - from high-level summaries to detailed transactions -ensuring alignment with International Accounting Standards and regulatory compliance.
- Bring a fresh perspective to existing processes and suggest ideas for automation or efficiency improvements.
- Analyze financial results, identify key business drivers, and present findings in a clear and meaningful way.
- Collaborate with functional teams (Accounting, Legal, Tax, Pricing, Business Control, Geo & Region Finance) to enhance process efficiency and maintain controls.

What we expect from you:
- Strong skills in Excel, with the ability to organize, analyze, and present data effectively.
- A full-time student interested in Corporate Finance, Financial Controlling, or Accounting as a future career path.
- Excellent command of English and strong communication skills - both written and spoken.
- Solid understanding of Accounting and Financial principles.
- Knowledge in key tools like Power BI, SAP is an advantage.
- Proficient and experienced with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PPT, Teams, Notes).
