Join our team as a Junior AP Resolution Specialist! You’ll manage invoice resolutions, support AP processes, and ensure timely vendor payments. It’s a great opportunity to develop your expertise, collaborate across teams, and contribute to efficient, high-quality financial operations.

As a Junior AP Resolution Specialist, you’ll play a key role in keeping our Accounts Payable processes accurate and efficient. You’ll collaborate with multiple teams, manage invoice resolutions, and ensure vendors are paid correctly and on time.

In this role, you will:

• Act as a resolution support to AP Resolution Specialist and helping to ensure prompt processing, evaluation and reporting of expense records and payments.
• Monitor and resolve AP invoice mismatches and aged open items in the subledger.
• Review and clear old or unresolved debit balances, ensuring accuracy in financial records
• Coordinate with stakeholders (GPO, Procurement, Finance, Outsourcing Partners) to resolve issues and maintain clean ledgers.
• Review vendor reminders, handle escalations, and support vendor communications.
• Follow up on unapproved or rejected invoices to ensure timely processing.
• Prepare and validate monthly reports and performance metrics.
• Perform control governance and support continuous process improvement.
